Broadway Commercial Cleaning Service is committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, with safe plant and systems of work. Our goal is to do no harm to our employees, clients, stakeholders and the environment whilst providing high-quality cleaning services.

The Broadway Commercial Cleaning Service Occupational Safety and Health Policy is endorsed by management as we believe it is important to have an active management commitment to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
We acknowledge as a company we must comply with legal obligations such the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984 and Occupational Safety and Health Regulations 1996. Where practical we strive to not only meet but exceed the legislative requirements and standards. Relevant codes of practice, guidance notes and Australian standards are also evaluated when implementing health and safety measures in the workplace.
The Occupational Health Policy along with a number of key safety policies and procedures are reviewed on a regular basis as part of our commitment to quality business practices.
Some of our key safety policies, procedures and initiatives are:
- Working alone policy
- Induction training program with inclusion of health and safety expectations
- Job Safety Analysis review
- Safe working practices are developed for high-risk tasks
- Communication procedures
- Periodic safety bulletins for our staff
- All staff and contractors require current police clearances prior to commencing work on any Broadway Cleaning site.
Copies of the OS&H Policy and Safety Management Plan are available for all clients, relevant stakeholders, employees and contractors.
