At Broadway Cleaning we understand that Staff are our biggest investment for our business and we are committed to providing on-going training and encourage our staff to provide regular feedback and input on operational matters.
We are always looking for energetic, approachable, diligent workers with a responsible work ethic. Our staff have the benefit of flexible working hours and arrangements. Introductory staff training is carried out one on one with experienced supervisors and is overseen by management on all our sites. This allows new staff the opportunity to learn the skills and standards required of them for each individual contract. By familiarising our staff with the equipment used, safety procedures and site-specific issues, we equip our staff with the required skills to meet our customer’s individual needs.
Additional specialised or refresher training may also be carried out at regular intervals where required. Once fully trained, staff are encouraged to work reasonably autonomously, however supervisors and managers are always on hand to assist if the staff need.
